Ask Yourself Better Questions: A Powerful Way to Reduce Stress as a Physician

Physicians are trained to ask excellent questions.

We ask them to diagnose, to treat, to solve complex problems under pressure. But when it comes to our own lives, many of us default to questions that don’t actually help.

Why is this happening to me?
What now?
How am I supposed to manage all of this?

Those questions feel natural, but they often keep us stuck.

In Episode 209 of Ending Physician Overwhelm, we explore how learning to ask better questions can reduce stress, increase self-trust, and help physicians reclaim a sense of agency, without waiting for the healthcare system to change.
