Real life is back.
The inbox is full.
The clinic schedule is relentless.
And you’re still you—brilliant, capable, and tired of pretending a date on the calendar changes everything.
Good news: it doesn’t have to.

This list came from reflecting on what 2025 taught me—the hard way—and deciding how I want to live going forward.
